Minimum Order: There is a minimum purchase level of 4 cards per transaction. You may purchase four different types of cards (i.e. one birthday, one get well, etc...) and there is no upper limit to the total number you can purchase in any one transaction.

Cost: The cost is $4 per card plus shipping and handling. All direct sales will be handled by credit card only.

Shipping and Handling: In general, an order of magnitude of $3 can be used for shipping and handling. Based on how fast you wish to receive the cards, we will quote the shipping and handling cost when you are placing the order.

Order Creation: Browse the catalog area and write down the ID number and title of each card you wish to purchase. A form is supplied that you are welcome to use (but do not have to) and may be found on a link below.

Order Placement: There are three ways in which you may place your order:
1. You may call the office directly, toll free, at 888-980-0004.
2. You may fax your order in at 614-840-0918.
3. You may email the order in to sales@cardsondisk.com

If you supply an email address, we will confirm the purchase and provide shipping/tracking information.

Cost:

Individual
The cost per cd for a retail sale is $4. There is a minimum of a five cards order ($20), although the cards can be of different types. Shipping, including mail confirmation, and handling is $4.25 per five cds. If you wish to place a larger order, an additional $0.25 is added per cd. Orders may be placed by a toll free phone call, by email or through our online shopping cart.

Wholesale
Cardsondisk has a number of wholesale programs for retail operations. Costs per cd will vary based on the quantity ordered. Please contact the office at 614-781-1200 and we will discuss the options available.

The cost to wholesalers includes the cds, jewel cases, signage card, envelope, and one display card per card type. The cd, card and jewel case will be preloaded. Shipping and handling will be extra. We will provide a quote on that portion when the type shipping and delivery time is specified.

Displays: A retail store may need a display- although it is not mandatory to purchase cds. The size of the display is 12 inches deep by 12 inches tall (excluding the billboard) by 22 inches wide.

Depending on the size of the order, the display may be provided free of charge. If it is not part of a promotion, a wood display cost is $100, a cardboard display is $20.

The display will have a center area that will contain screenshot cards. A screenshot card will be made for each cd type sold and will allow the buyer to view what is on the cd. This will fit into a plastic sleeve that is part of the display. The store will have the ability to change cards to reflect changes in the cds for sale. A larger billboard will fit on top of the display and will also have two separate sections for the store to place the sale price. The price to the consumer is determined by the store. The price device will allow the store to change the cost at their convenience.
